One-time headshot packs (Starter, Professional, Executive) are eligible for a refund under the following condition:

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once any credits from the purchase have been used. If you have purchased a credit top-up pack and have not used any of the credits, you may contact support to request a refund.
